New Colonial Duo Program: El Salvador and Guatemala 6 days


Day 1 – Airport to Suchitoto
Welcome at the airport and transfer to Suchitoto City. Overnight at Suchitoto.

Day 2 – Old City Suchitoto Tour, colonial architecture
The city of Suchitoto that offers an essence of ancient city with colonial architecture that seems like the time has stopped. Visit its beautiful cobbled streets, art galleries, crafts and home of one of the main attractions of the city for its structure and historical importance: the Santa Lucia Church, built in 1853. The city is known as the “Cradle of History and Culture” for all the wealth it contains.

Day 3 – Colonial & Volcano Route
Visit The Lake and Volcanoes National Park and sightseeing of Cerro Verde, Izalco and Ilamatepec Volcanoes. Then sightseeing to Coatepeque Lake, amongst the most beautiful of the World. Visit the coffee mountains and artisan towns of The Flowers Route.

Day 4 – Guatemala City Sightseeing Tour – Antigua Guatemala
After breakfast, transfer to Antigua Guatemala (160 kms approx.).On the way, sightseeing of Guatemala City. Arrival to Antigua Guatemala. Evening free to enjoy the surroundings. Night at Antigua Guatemala.

Day 5 – Antigua Guatemala Walking Tour
The Old City has a large number of ruins and restored colonial buildings, which are a fraction of the magnificent colonial architecture of the city, the museum contains a large collection of religious art, sculptures, furniture and murals depicting colonial life. Antigua Guatemala is known as the city of the “Perpetuate Roses”, partially destroyed by the Eathquakes of Santa Marta in 1773, declared in 1965 “ The colonial Monument of America” and in 1979 declared as Cultural Heritage of the Humanity by the UNESCO.

Day 6 – Transfer Out
Four hours before flight departure to la Aurora International Airport in Guatemala. Have a nice Trip! End of our services.
