(Hong Kong, August 2, 2007) – H One, the ultimate fine dining experience in Hong Kong, is offering an exclusive dinner tasting menu for guests to experience the best in seasonal produce from around the world.
Available for a limited period throughout August only, H One will be serving up a delicious six course Dinner Tasting Menu showcasing the chic and contemporary international cuisine that has become synonymous with H One since it opened in early 2007.
The H One Summer Dining Tasting Menu includes the following mouthwatering dishes:

To complement the tasting menu that has been designed specifically by owner and chef entrepreneur Harlan Goldstein, H One boasts one of the largest and finest wine cellars in Hong Kong with many wines available by the glass. The wine cellar also houses a wonderful selection of boutique and fine wines to complete the dining experience.
The H One Dinner Tasting Menu is priced at HK$580.00 +10% tax per person and is available between August 1st and August 31st 2007.

About Harlan G
New Yorker Harlan G was formerly executive chef at the exclusive Aberdeen Marina Club, where the dining room was ultimately named after him. His career in the United States, Europe and Asia has included experience at several Michelin starred restaurants.
His original, flagship restaurant is Harlan’s at ifc, Central. He subsequently opened Tuscany by H in Lan Kwai Fong, serving traditional Italian cuisine in a Tuscan farmhouse setting, and the exclusive private dining room Private H, with a clientele of A-list invitees only.
