We, at In The Know Traveler, offer our prayers and well wishes to those effected by the recent earthquake in the Pacific coast city of Pisco, Peru. The city has been torn apart by an earthquake measured at 8.0. Peru officials have estimated that as many as 1000 people died as a result of this earthquake.
We always recommend during these difficult times that travelers consider helping however they can, or donate through a reputable charitable organization to help the thousands effected by this disaster.
