Hi Amy,
I read your interesting account of Copacabana, Bolivia. I spent 3 years living in Bolivia in the early 1990’s. I remember the cars getting blessed. This was indeed a worthwhile activity as the boat ride across the narrow stretch of water was always an experience!
I am interested in your volunteering. I now run a volunteer placement service called Volunteer South America. I help small organisations that find it difficult to attract volunteers to get more. It does not cost the local organisation anything and volunteers usually pay for their costs.
Do you think that the organisation you volunteered with would be interested?
Hi Robin,
I will make sure Amy takes a look at your note. Good luck with your work.
Best,
