I wanted to share an important bit of insider travel info. I recently flew from Dallas to Miami on an American Airlines 777. Because American no longer offers three classes on domestic, but the planes are still set up for it, you can get Business Class seating at the coach price. When you book your tickets, just ask for rows 8 -13. (Be sure to double-check that those are in the old Business Class section as the row numbers may vary.) My seat flattened out completely into a bed and there was a great selection of movies and television shows. It was the one time I wished a flight was longer!
