Located at the University of British Columbia, approximately 30 minutes from downtown, the Museum of Anthropology has recently embarked on their $52 million renewal project. The project will incorporate a new research centre as well as a digital network linking Northwest Coast collections worldwide. The new research centre will include redesigned visible storage galleries and a series of innovative research suites. All permanent galleries at the museum will remain open throughout the renovations and construction which are expected to take three years to complete. www.moa.ubc.ca
