This is the largest fireworks festival held in Tokyo.
The night sky over Tokyo Bay is overwhelmed with continuous
flashes of bright colors. In addition to the Harumi area where
fireworks are launched, the show is viewable from various
locations in the Tokyo Bay area.

A procession of some 120 large and small mikoshi floats weaves
its way through the streets.

Event: The 26th Annual Asakusa Samba Festival
This festival marks the end of summer in downtown Tokyo.
It expands in scale every year, attracting samba teams from
all over Japan as well as dancers from Brazil, who mount a flashy
show. Colorful costumes & the powerful samba beat dazzle
